Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Sportz Dynamic Enterprise Loyalty Points Application ("the Application"). By using the Application, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Application.
The Sportz Dynamic Enterprise Loyalty Points Application is designed to cultivate customer loyalty by providing a loyalty point system to both offline and online customers of Sportz Dynamic Enterprise ("SD"). This system is intended solely for the purpose of cultivating loyalty and shall not involve payment processing, generate sales receipts, interact with external payment gateways, or produce accounting or sales reports.
The stakeholders of the Application include the management and customers of SD.
(a) The Application utilizes a loyalty point system to reward customers for their purchases and engagement with SD.
(b) Loyalty points earned are non-transferable and non-refundable.
(c) Loyalty points are specific to the Application and cannot be converted to any currency or transferred to any external systems.
(d) Loyalty points to be redeemed by following the system predefined points calculation and logic meeting the purchase conditions described by individual voucher.
(a) Users of the Application agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
(b) The Application may be used by registered SD customers with Retail Outlets walk-in customers only.
(c) Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and ensuring their login security Id and Password not shared with another person or company.
(d) The loyalty points are tied to an individual person only and cannot be shared nor transferred to another person. Violation of the terms and conditions may result in Id suspension or termination.
(e) SD reserved all rights to the entire program and usage of the loyalty reward system. The management reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. There will be no further announcement to users as changes are made to the system from time to time with new functionalities and settings.
(f) Points and Vouchers cannot be used to exchange for cash nor other online banking or e-wallet payment in return.
(g) Individuals must click on the “Accept” / “Tick Box” on the terms and conditions set by our reward point system during User ID creation. USER AGREE NOT TO ENGAGE ANY LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES onto SD as it’s within their own free will to use the loyalty reward system.
The privacy of users' personal information is of utmost importance. The system requires minimum customer data in order to facilitate login, loyalty reward calculation, voucher claim and point utilization tracking functions. To ensure security of our client, the password stored in the database is encrypted. The management shall not be held responsible should any potential external hacking of the system which is beyond our control. This system does not transact any real monetary value but merely rewards points and vouchers management.
(a) The Application is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
(b) The Application shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with its use.
(a) SD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Application or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
(a) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

By using the Sportz Dynamic Enterprise Loyalty Points Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates.
